The Elevation Group is an award-winning, Cleveland-based company, featuring experts in sports, music, event planning and sponsorship. The firm was formed in 2002 by former senior IMG executives Steve Lindecke and Denny Young.

Lindecke and Young are no strangers to staging concerts and events in Northeastern Ohio. In 2014, the pair launched Cathedral Concerts (with shows by Grammy Award winners, Bruce Hornsby, Mary Chapin Carpenter and the Blind Boys of Alabama, Academy Award winner Glen Hansard and others) music series staged at Trinity Cathedral that was recognized by the Cleveland Plain Dealer as "one of the most unusual (and diverse) endeavors to hit the city in some time."

On January 12, 2016, Elevation announced LaureLive, Cleveland’s first multi-day, multi-stage, multi-act contemporary music festival, scheduled for June 11-12, 2016 at Laurel School’s Butler Campus. LaureLive will feature 32 bands from around the world (including O.A.R., Grace Potter, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Andy Grammer, X Ambassadors, Andrew McMahon In The Wilderness, Elle King and others) performing on four stages.

Lindecke has produced the Cleveland Clinic’s Scott Hamilton & Friends skating & music events at Quicken Loans Arena the past 16 years (featuring Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees, Cheap Trick and Aretha Franklin, Grammy Award winners, Brad Paisley, LeAnn Rimes and Sheryl Crow, Academy Award winner, Liza Minelli, and most recently Styx) and for a period of 10 years, on behalf of IMG, Young operated Cleveland’s largest annual event, the Cleveland Grand Prix. Prior to his time at IMG, Young worked for legendary concert promotion company, Belkin Productions, where he promoted hundreds of area concerts.
